The Health/AI Program proposes the launch of Challenges to evaluate artificial intelligence solutions that help solve specific problems in the healthcare field. The challenge materializes with a public and open call for projects. Once selected, they will undergo a thorough evaluation process with the mission of choosing the best proposal to implement in the Catalan Health System.
The first proposed challenge is for Diabetic Retinopathy. The aim is to develop AI-based tools to support the care of patients affected by diabetes, through the analysis of retinograms and clinical data from the Catalan Health System.
The second challenge aims to develop a solution based on artificial intelligence to provide information on medicines to patients, carers and citizens. For more information on each of the challenges, click on the corresponding box.
